CALIBRATION and CERTIFICATION of MACHINE

and analyze the following features: Linear
movement, straightness, squareness, liner
accuracy, pitch error compensation, angle
measurements (yaw and pitch), flatness, parallelism,
etc.
- Grade your machines and ensure that
parts are made only on machines that are capable
of cutting to required accuracies.
- Evaluates accuracy performance of
C.N.C. machine tools, such as machining centers
and lathes, for circularity, backlash, squareness,
straightness, spikes, etc.
- Points out required corrective action
and recommends preventative maintenance.
- Facilitates compliance with ISO and
ANSI machine evaluation standards.
- Software analysis allows display and printout of interpreted data of machine
condition.
